Greater involvement from workers during decision-making processes could result in increased innovation and creative solutions to better serve organizations and address problems. With increased job satisfaction, individuals are more than willing to execute roles and duties allocated to them by their leaders. Moreover, they develop trust towards their leaders, hence the creation of a collaborative work environment. Individual followers also develop problem-solving skills.
