Use the design thinkingskills that you learned to identify a specific pain point for customers/clients, employees, orboth. For this project you will need to:1. Conduct interviews: at least four interviews should be conducted and a short summary ofeach interview should be turned in with your project.2. Create a journey map3. Generate at least one How Might We question4.
