The organization I have chosen in First Bank Abu Dhabi Organizational Behavior (OB) studies three determinants of behavior in organizations: individuals, groups, and structure. In addition, OB applies the knowledge gained about individuals, groups, and the effect of structure on behavior in order to make organizations work more effectively. Because OB is concerned specifically with employment-related situations, it examines behavior in the context of job satisfaction, absenteeism, employment turnover, productivity, human performance, and management. Organizational behavior influences and is influenced by decision-making and hence arguably contributes or deters organizational sustainability and especially in the cross-cultural content of the United Arab of Emirates (UAE). Accordingly, select a UAE based organization, and critically analyze the way leadership affects the above-mentioned elements; thus formulating organizational behavior within your chosen organization. Please use literature review to substantiate your arguments!
