A technology is no good if people don’t know how to use it. One of the most important steps in adopting a new technology solution in a healthcare setting is training staff in that technology’s use. In this competency, you will exhibit that you can put together a clear, intentional training program using current training methodologies.
Research provided articles on various HIT training methods, and then draw from that research to design trainings for the roles specified in the provided scenario. Now imagine that, in addition to designing the training program, you have been told to put together the organization-wide announcement that will inform all of the staff of what to expect. Choose the best format and style for communicating the overall training program, including training methodologies, to the staff at the scenario healthcare organization. That announcement will be what you submit for evaluation for this assignment.

Chosen training methodology (and why)
Schedule
Learning outcomes (what everyone in that role should be able to do at the end of training)
